Liability Statement

By registering for any Adventure Tours Romania experience — including Snowmobile Tours, Enduro Riding, or Adventure Motorbike Tours — you expressly agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Assumption of Risks

• You acknowledge being fully aware of the inherent risks involved in adventure motorcycling and snowmobiling, both on and off-road, on natural and unpredictable terrain.
• Risks may include steep slopes, rocks, forest trails, deep snow, ice, limited visibility, potential wildlife encounters, and the presence of other vehicles or participants.
• Your participation in any tour or activity organized by Adventure Tours Romania is entirely at your own risk.

2. Release of Liability

• You agree that neither Adventure Tours Romania, nor its representatives, partners, or third-party collaborators, shall be held liable for any personal injury, property damage, financial loss, or other incidents that may occur during the activity.
• Adventure Tours Romania is not responsible for the actions of other participants, third parties, or changing environmental and traffic conditions.

3. Participant Responsibilities

• All participants must follow the instructions given by Adventure Tours Romania staff and respect all local traffic laws and group safety rules.
• Participants must act responsibly and avoid endangering themselves, others, or the environment.
• Participants must be in good physical condition suitable for the chosen activity and understand the physical demands involved.
• A valid driver’s license and appropriate insurance coverage are mandatory.
• Wearing proper protective equipment (helmet, gloves, boots, riding gear) is required at all times.

4. Acknowledgment of Risk

• By joining an Adventure Tours Romania activity, participants acknowledge that adventure riding involves an element of risk and unpredictability.
• Participants agree not to hold the organizers or associated companies responsible in the event of injuries, accidents, or damages.
• If a participant causes damage to another person or property, they agree to accept full responsibility.

5. Confirmation of Understanding

• Participants confirm that they are at least 18 years old and have read this Liability Statement in full.
• Participants fully understand the terms outlined and acknowledge that participation involves waiving certain legal rights, including the right to sue.
• By proceeding with the registration, participants confirm that they do so voluntarily and accept all risks associated with Adventure Tours Romania activities.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the risks associated with adventure motorbike and snowmobile tours, releasing Adventure Tours Romania and its partners from all liability.
